HB Landscaping & Paving Website Launch

Insite web design.

Barry at HB Landscaping wanted to create an online presence because it is more or less expected for a business to have a website. Not only that, but a good website serves to showcase past projects, inform customers of services and offer advice and site updates through a blog.

Header

We adapted HB Landscaping's logo, created a tagline, and included a simple navigation menu with a site search facility.

Footer

In the footer of each page is all the contact information and links to get in touch as well as anothe site navigation menue so that people don't have to go back to the top of the page.

Homepage

I kept the Homepage clean and elegant. A short welcome message, followed by why peoploe should use HB Landscaping, and a slider with customer reviews.

Services

On HB's Services page I began by including a summary of the areas that HB Landscaping & Paving excel in, and hosestly stated that what they are not experts in, they have close ties with other professionals where specialist skills are required. I designed a simple wordcloud of jump links

so that visitors could quicky get to what they were interestred in. There are also stunning before and after images of a spectacular transformation that truly showcases the quality of work that HB Landscaping carry out.

The lower half of the services page carries short notes on the main areas that are covered by HB Landscaping. I included some images as examples of the types of materials and finishes that can be achieved.

About Us

As is usual an about us, and contact form are staples of any website and this page gives a brief bio of Barry the owner of the company and a simple contract form.

The Blog

page lists all posts about landscaping and obviously this post. I anm pleased to say that Barry has asked me to continue to post on his behalf as his webmaster, and i will be writing regular articles related to landscaping and the wide area of topics that it encompasses.

Portfolio

Finally, a place where you can see the quality and diversity of work that HB Landscaping & Paving are fampuse for.
